Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Processing Time: Our processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. This means that your order will be packaged and prepared for shipment within this time frame.

Shipping Time: After your order has been processed, we will ship it to you via our standard shipping method. Shipping time is also 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please be sure to provide an accurate email address and check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. 

Billing & shipping information must match.

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We are unable to offer refunds. Please carefully review your order before submitting to ensure that all items and quantities are correct. Allana & Co Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds at our discretion. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s.

If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

    When returning, please make sure all packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that will provide you with a proof of postage, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If replacement is unavailable we will refund the full purchase price once return is received.

    Returned to sender
    If for some reason items are undeliverable to you and returned to us by the courier/postal service , all items will automatically be refunded and returned to our inventory. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.
