We are unable to offer refunds. Please carefully review your order before submitting to ensure that all items and quantities are correct. Allana & Co Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds at our discretion.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s.
